Booking Policy

This Booking Policy ("Policy") governs the booking of services or appointments with Ethereal Embrace located in Sydney, Australia. By making a booking with us, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. Booking Process

Reservations: Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our location.
Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ethereal Embrace. You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email or SMS once it is confirmed by us.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. Please notify us at least 2 days / 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within this period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, depending on our discretion and the circumstances.
No-shows: Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost, depending on our discretion and the circumstances.

3. Payment

Deposit: For certain bookings or services, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit may be non-refundable if you cancel within the specified cancellation period.
Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as specified by us. We accept payments through Stripe.

4. Changes to Bookings

Rescheduling: Subject to availability, you may request to reschedule your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability.

5. Refunds

Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment.

6. Liability

Ethereal Embrace shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show.
